The premiums on such bonds shall constitute a '' common expense. Section 12. _ Compensat-ion. No member of the Baard of Administrators shall receive any compensation Pram the Assaciatian Eor acting as such, except that members shalt receive reimbursement, for expenses actually incurred by them as Administrators. Section 13. Liability of Administrators. The member of the Board of Administrators shall not be liable to the suite or garage owners for any mistake of judgment, negligence, or otherwise, except far their own individual willful misconduct or bad faith.
