t <br />f .. <br />Section 11, Fidelity Bands. <br />The Board of Administrators shall obtain adequate fidelity bonds <br />for all officers and employees of the Association handling or responsibly' <br />for Association funds. The premiums on such bonds shall constitute a '' <br />common expense. <br />Section 12. _ Compensat-ion. <br />No member of the Baard of Administrators shall receive any <br />compensation Pram the Assaciatian Eor acting as such, except that members <br />shalt receive reimbursement, for expenses actually incurred by them as <br />Administrators. <br />Section 13. Liability of Administrators. <br />The member of the Board of Administrators shall not be liable <br />to the suite or garage owners for any mistake of judgment, negligence, or <br />otherwise, except far their own individual willful misconduct or bad <br />faith. It is intended that the members of the Board of Administrators <br />sha~1 have ro personal liability with ~espec~ to any Cant made by <br />tE3em an behalf of the Association. Every agreement made byythe Board df <br />A~ministrartars ar by the managing agent or by the manager on behalf of <br />the Association shall provides that the members of the Board of Adminis- <br />kra'tors or the managing agent, ar the manager, as the case may be, are <br />aeti.ng only as agents for the Assaciatian and shall have no personal <br />1'i ability thereunder. <br />Section 14. Expansion of Jurisdiction. <br />In its discretion the Board of Administrators shalt have the <br />authority to expand the jurisdiction of this Association to include any <br />Condominium property regime in Continental Gardens an addition to the <br />City of Grand Island.
