The Subdivider agrees to petition the City for the paving of Dodge Street and Hall Street in said subdivision prior to applying for any occugancy permits for an structures in the subdivision. In the alternative the Subdivider may construct paving on said streets in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City`s Director o£ Public Works, and subject to the City`s inspection. The Subdivider further agrees to waive the right to object to any repaving districts on Pleasant View Drive where they abut. 2. Water. The Subdivider agrees to connect all structures in the subdivision to the City water mains serving said subdivision. 3. Sanitary Sewer. The Subdivider agrees to connect all structures in the subdivision to the City sanitary sewer mains serving said subdivision. 4. Drainage. The Subdivider agrees to grade the lots of the subdivision in conjunction with the structures thereon so than storm water drains to the public right-of-way. 5. Sidewalks.
