The Subdivider agrees to petition the City for <br />the paving of Dodge Street and Hall Street in said subdivision prior <br />to applying for any occugancy permits for an structures in the <br />subdivision. In the alternative the Subdivider may construct paving <br />on said streets in accordance with plans and specifications approved <br />by the City`s Director o£ Public Works, and subject to the City`s <br />inspection. The Subdivider further agrees to waive the right to <br />object to any repaving districts on Pleasant View Drive where they <br />abut. <br />2. Water. The Subdivider agrees to connect all structures <br />in the subdivision to the City water mains serving said subdivision. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. The Subdivider agrees to connect all <br />structures in the subdivision to the City sanitary sewer mains <br />serving said subdivision. <br />4. Drainage. The Subdivider agrees to grade the lots of the <br />subdivision in conjunction with the structures thereon so than <br />storm water drains to the public right-of-way. <br />5. Sidewalks.
