<br />and the successors, heirs and assigns of the Grantees, to pass
<br />and repass, for lawful purposes only at the risk of the Grantees,
<br />in and along a strip thirty (30) feet wide commencing at a point
<br />approximately two hundred 1200) feet east of the Southwest cornet
<br />of such Lot One (1) on the South line of such Lot One {1) (being
<br />the North line of aismark Road) and extending Northerly from such
<br />Bismark Road to the grade crossing over such Railroad right of
<br />way and which grade crossing abuts upon the real grop+erty herein-
<br />befare conveyed, provided, Grantors, their successors and assigns,
<br />sha12 have no obligation to in any way rare for, maintain, im-
<br />prove or repair such right of way and shall not be liable to
<br />Grantees, or the heirs and assigns crf Grantees, fnr any accidental
<br />injury to persons, animals ar property, resulting from the use of
<br />such right of way.
<br />TO HAVE AND m0 EiOLD the premises above described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to their heirs and assigns
<br />forever. And Grantors do hereby covenant with the said Grantees
<br />and with their heirs anei assigns, that Grantors are lawfully
<br />seized of said premises, that they arrF~ free from ~3ne:umbrance and
