r 2. Water. City water service is available to serve the Zots in said subdivision, and the Subdivider agrees to connect all residential structures in the subdivision to said city water mains. 3. Sanitary Sewer. City sanitary sewer service is available to serve the lots in said subdivision, and the Subdivides agrees to connect all residential structures ir. the subdivision to said city sanitary sewer service. 4. Drainage. T'ne Subdivider agrees to grade the- lots- of the subdivision in conjunction with the structures thereon so that the storm water drains to the public right~of-way. 5. Sidewalks. It is understood that public sidewalks as required by the Grand Island City Code are currently in place. 6. Warranty. The undersigned owner, as Subdivider., warrants that it is the owner in fee simple of the land described and proposed to be known as double R Second Subdivision, and that an abstract of title will be submitted for examination, if necessary, upon request of the City of Grand Island. 7. This agreement shall run with the land and shall be binding, upon and inure to the benefit of the paxties hereto, their successor:?, assigns, heirs, devisees, and legatees. tdhere the term "Subdivider" is used in this agreement, the subsequent owners of any Lots in the subdivision shall be responsible to perform any of the conditions of this. agreement if the Subdividers have not performed such conditions.
