The Subdivider.-further agrees <br />to connect all lots in the subdivision to the City water supply system <br />within two ,years of the completion of construction of a water main <br />district.. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. Drainage. The Subdivider agrees to grade the lots of the <br />subdivision in conjunction with the construction of any structure <br />thereon so that storm water shall be conveyed to an approved storm <br />drainage system if available and adequate to accept runoff from the <br />fully developed subdivision. Available shall mean *_he presence of <br />an approved system adjacent or canti.guous to the subdivision at any <br />paint. If an approved system is not available, then provision must <br />be Made pn site for detention of the ten-year design storm as per <br />exiCeria acceptable to the Grand Island Public Works Department. <br />5. Sidewalks. The Subdivider, if still the owners of the land <br />in the proposed subdivision, or i£ the Subdividers shall have transferred <br />title to the property, then the various grantees thereof, will install, <br />at their expense, all public sidewalks as required by the Grand Island <br />City Code; when each lot is built upon, and sidewalks shall be regulated <br />anal-required with the building permit far each such lot. <br />6. Waxranty. The undersigned owner, as Subdivider, warrants <br />that it is the awner in fee simple of the land described and proposed <br />to be known as Baptist Temple Subdivision, and that an abstract of <br />title will. be submitted far examination, if necessary, upon request <br />of, the Catty of Grand Island. <br /> <br />-z- <br />
