r <br />_~, <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />BAPTIST TEMPLE SUBDIVISION <br />Ha11 County, Nebraska <br />GRAND ISLAND BAPTIST TEMPLE, INCORPORATED, a Nebraska <br />corporation, hereinafter called the Subdivider, as owner of a <br />tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />the Northeast Quarter (SE~„NW~NE~) of Section Eleven (11), Township. <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 10, <br />Sunset Seventh Subdivision, as surveyed, platted. <br />and recorded in Hall County, Nebraska, said point <br />also being on the westerly ri.ghit-of-way line of Macron <br />Street; thence West .for 450.04 feet along the South <br />line °f said Sunset Seventh Subdivision; thence S <br />0° 49' 00" E for 483.65 feet; thence S 89° 57' 20" E <br />for 449.95 feet to a point on the said westerly <br />right-of-way line of Macron Street; thence N <br />0° 48' ZO" W for 484.00 feet along said westerly <br />right-of-way line of Macron Street to the point of <br />beginning; containing 5.0 acres, more or less (the <br />South line of said Sunset Seventh Subdivision is <br />assumed East/West direction); <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract <br />of land outside the corporate limits but caithin tw° miles of the City <br />of Grand Island, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City <br />for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such <br />proposed subdivision to be known as BAPTIST TEPIPI,E SUBDIVISION, desig- <br />nating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing <br />the lots and easements belon~in~ to such subdivision, with lots <br />designated by numbers and easements by dimensions, and proposes to <br />cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the <br />Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged <br />by such owner, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered <br />land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the easements to the <br />use and benefit of public utilities. In consideration of the accep- <br />tance of the plat of said Baptist Temple Subdivision, the Subdivider <br />hereby consents and agrees with the City °f Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />that it will install or provide at its expense the following improve- <br />ments: <br />1, Paving. The. Subdivider agrees not to protest any paving <br />or repaving district of Macron Street where it abuts :;aid subdivision. <br />;~s.. <br />~ # <br />
