V3857-L - 9/12/80 <br />QQ'r ~1~J~ d <br />due 'and payable, but not in advance thereof; and <br />(f) All right, title and interest of Mortgagor in <br />and to any and all leases now or hereafter on or affecting <br />the Property, together with all security therefor and all <br />monies payable thereunder, subject, however, to the condi- <br />tional permission hereinabove given to Mortgagor to collect <br />the re.ntais under any such lease; <br />PROVIDED, SOFiEVER, that if Mortgagor shall (A} pay <br />to Mortgagee the indebtedness evidenced by the Note together <br />with interest thereon in the manner and at the times as in <br />the Note provided together with all other sums which may <br />become payable by Mortgagor hereunder or any renewal, exten- <br />sion or modification thereof, and (B) fully keep, perform and <br />observe all the terms, covenants, conditions, and agreements <br />contained herein or in the Note, then this Mortgage and all <br />properties, estates, rights and interests hereby gran~ed, <br />conveyed and assigned shall cease and became void and of no <br />further farce and effect, and this Mortgage shall thereupon <br />be released by Mortgagee at Mortgagor's sole cost and <br />expense. <br />MORTGAGOR COVENANTS, REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS AS <br />FOLLOFiS <br />1.
