~i~-6~0~1~3~ interest shall be payable as follows: (a~ $53,333 on the date hereof; (b) $225;d30 on February 1, 1981; Cc) 5165,540 on February 1, 1982; idI $88,030 on February 1, 1983; and ie) thereafter on account of the period from January 1, 1984 until the Maturity Date, monthly, in arrears, at the rite of $5,000 per month, commencing with a payment on February 1, 1984 on account of interest accrued for-the period from January 1, 1984 through January 31, 1984. The Principal Sum, together with all accrued and unpaid interest thereon, shall be due and payable upon the Maturity Date. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, at no time shall the interest payable be greater than the maximum then allowed by the usury laws of the 5tnte of Nebraska.
