it ~; #; ' V3~8!y57-L - 9/15/80 17.2 Upon the occurrence of any Event of Default, all of the indebtedness secured hereby shall, at Mortgagee's option, become immediately due and paya ble without notice, and Mortgagee may avail itself of alI rights and remedies provided herein or at law, in equity or by statute. No delay ' or omission of Mortgagee to exercise any right, power or remedy accruing upon any Event of Default shall exhaust or impair any such right, paver or remedy or shall be construed to waive any such Event of Default or to constitute acquiescence therein.
