Bonds o€ SerieG C shalt be transferable, and shall be ex- changeable for a like aggregate prixtcipal amount of Bonds of Series G of other auLhaxized denominations, upon surrender thereof at the office- or agency of the Company to be maintained far Ghat purpose in accordance with SeeLion ~FA1 of the FndenLure accompanied by a proper instrument of transfer in farm approved by the Company or the Corporate Trustee, executed b}~ the registered holder in person or by duly authorized attor- ney.
