UU499g <br />or maintained subsequent to such foreclosure action for the <br />balance of the indebtedness hereunder remaining unpaid <br />after the exhaustion of the security, provided, however, <br />that nothing contained in this Note or the Mortgage shall <br />(a? be or be construed as being a release or impairment of <br />the indebtedness secured by the lien of the Mortcaae, or (b)ore- <br />elude CM from foreclosing the Mortgage in case of the occur- <br />rence of a default under .the Mortgage or from enforcing any <br />of its rights under the Mortgage, or {c) prevent CM from <br />enforcing its rights to receive certain sums upon and sub- <br />ject to the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement. <br />The undersigned hereby waives all applicable exemp- <br />tion rights as well as valuation and appraisement, presentment <br />and demand for payment, protest and notice of protest, notice <br />of dis.'wnor, protest and demand, demand and dishonor, and <br />pan-pagznent of this Note, and expressly agrees that its liability <br />e under this Note shall not be affected by any renewal or <br />extension in the time of payment of the principal or interest <br />due and payable hereunder, regardless of the number of such <br />renewals or exteasions_ No release of or change in an}= <br />security or part thereof for the repayment of this Note, no <br />extension of time for repayment of the indebtedness hereunder <br />or any alternative amount and no waiver of any provisions <br />of the Mortgage ar of any security agreement entered into <br />between Grand and any other person or persons <br />shall similarly release, modify cr affect the liability <br />of Gcaad hereunder. <br />4 <br />a ~. <br /> <br />
