The Modification Agreement between the City and said Subsequent Grantee as presented is hereby in all respects ~ authorized, approved and confirmed and the Mayor, City Clerk and Director of the Community Development Agency be and they are hereby ' authorized and directed to execute and deliver said Modification ' Agreement, including necessary counterparts for and on behalf of ', the City, in substantially the form and content as presented, but with such changes, modifications, additions and deletions therein as shall to them seem necessary, desirable or appropriate, subject to approval as to the form thereof by the City Attorney. ' Section 3. The Mayor, City Clerk and Director of the Community Development Agency be and they are hereby authorized to execute and deliver for and on behalf of the City any and all cer- tificatas or other documents and papers and to perform all other acts necesanry or appropriate in order to implement and carry out the matters herein authorized.
