The rights created by this rnnveyance shall remain in full Eorce and effect during any postponement <br />or extension of the time of payment of the indehtedness evidenced by said promiaeory note or any part thereof <br />secured hereby. <br />J. He will continuously maintain hazard insurance, of such type or types and in each amounts as ins <br />mortgagee may from time to time require on the improvements now ar hereafter nn said property, and <br />:vill pay promptly when due any premiums therefor. All insurance shall be carried in twmpanies acceptable <br />to mortgagee and the policiex and rcnewale thereof shall be held by mortgagee and have eitached thereto <br />lose payable clause in favor of and in form acceptable to the mortgagee.
