<br />8~- UG4636 <br />east bank of Prairie Creek located on Tract #1 referred to above <br />for the purposes of the owners of Tract #2 to have access to the <br />easterly part of Tract #2 for farming purposes. <br />The owners of Tract #1, their successors and assigns, shall <br />also retain the right to continue to make use of such road for <br />farming purposes in conjunction with the easement rights granted <br />herein, but the owners of Tract #1 shall have no responsibility <br />or Liahility to maintain, keep in repair, or keep such roadway <br />free of obstructions caused by natural causes. <br />IT IS FURTHER SPECIFICALLY DECLARID that the right of the <br />owners of Tract #2 to the use of such road shall be limited to the <br />purpose of carrying on the farming operation presently maintained <br />on the east side of Prairie Creek on such premises or to carry <br />on a similar farming operation thereon in the future and shall not <br />be used as an access or means o£ ingress or egress to other <br />property. <br />In the event the ow-ners.of Tract #2, their successors or <br />assigns, abandon such use of the road for a period of five (5) <br />years, the easement herein shall cease and no longer exist. <br />Dated this %J ~ day of '. ltC,,: 1,~. , 1980. <br />t ~ ESTHER D.
