!g{?~: OG4.608 <br />1. Paving. The Subdividers waive the right to object <br />to any paving or repaving district of Webb Road where it abuts- <br />the Subdivision. <br />L. Water. individual water supply systems shall be per- <br />missible on an initial basis to serve the lots of the subdivision. <br />The Subdividers agree to waive the right to protest creation of a <br />water district to serve the subdivision where it abuts. The Sub- <br />dividers further agree to coztnect all lots in the subdivision to <br />the Gity water supply system within two years of the completion of <br />construction of such water district. <br />3'. Sanitary Sewer. Sanitary sewer service is avaiable to <br />all lots within the subdivision. <br />4. Sidewalks. The Subdividers, if still the owners of the <br />land in the proposed subdivision, or if the Subdividers shall have <br />transferred title to the property, then the various grantees thereof, <br />will install, at their own expense, all public sidewalks required <br />by the Grand Island City Code when the adjacent lot is built upon, <br />and sidewalks shall be regulated and required with the building permit <br />for each such lot. <br />S.. Arainage. The Subdividers agree to grade the lots of the <br />subdivision in conjunction with the structures thereon so that <br />storm water: drains to the public right-of-way. <br />6. Flood Hazard. Any residential structure constructed upon <br />Lot 2 of the subdivision shall have the lowest floor elevation to <br />a minimum of one foot above the elevation of the one hundred year <br />flood, as determined by the building permit received by the Subdividers <br />or successors from the building department of the City of Grand Island <br />under the provisions of Section 'L-106.06, R.R.S. 1943. No basement <br />shall be constructed in connection with any structure on Lot 2 of <br />the subdivision. <br />7. Warranty. The undersigned owners, as Subdividers, warrant <br />that they are the owners in fee simple of the land described and <br />proposed »a be known as BUGK-DQL'PON SUBAIVISION, and that an abstract <br />of title will be submitted for examination, if necessary, upon <br />request of the City of Grand Island. <br />_ z <br />
