$~•~• 0Q46~8 SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT BUCK-DOLTON SUBDIVISION In The City of Grand Island, Nebraska The undersigned, NORMAN A. BUCK and BETTY J. BUCK, hiisbax[d and wife, and THOMAS J. DOLTON and KRISTIE A. DOLTON, husband and. wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a. tract .of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Qnarter (SE~SE~) of Section One (1), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of said Section One (1), said point being six hundred fifty-nine and eleven hundredths (654.11) feet North of the Southeast corner of said Section One (1); thence northerly along the East line of said Section One (1) a distance of one hundred sixty-five (165.0) feet; thence westerly parallel to the South line of said Section One (1) a distance of two hundred sixty-four (264,0) feet; thence southerly parallel to the East line of said Section One (1) a distance of one hundred sixty-five (165.0) feet; thence easterly parallel to the South line of said Section One (1) a distance of two hundred sixty- four (264.0) feet to the place of beginning, and containing 1.000 acre, more or less; desire to have subdi~~ided as a subdivision the above-described tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known as BUCK-DOLTON SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots, streets, and easements belonging to such sub- division, with lots designated by numbers, streets by names, and easements by dimensions, and propose to cause the plat of such sub- division when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, certified as to accuracy o€ survey by a registered land surveyor, and to con taro a dedication of the streets to the use of the public forever and of the easements to the use of public utilities. In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said BUCK-DOLTON SUBDIVISION, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install or provide at their expense the following improvements:
