$~•~• 0Q46~8 <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />BUCK-DOLTON SUBDIVISION <br />In The City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, NORMAN A. BUCK and BETTY J. BUCK, hiisbax[d <br />and wife, and THOMAS J. DOLTON and KRISTIE A. DOLTON, husband and. <br />wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a. tract .of <br />land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Qnarter (SE~SE~) of Section One (1), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the East line of said <br />Section One (1), said point being six hundred <br />fifty-nine and eleven hundredths (654.11) feet <br />North of the Southeast corner of said Section <br />One (1); thence northerly along the East line of <br />said Section One (1) a distance of one hundred <br />sixty-five (165.0) feet; thence westerly parallel <br />to the South line of said Section One (1) a distance <br />of two hundred sixty-four (264,0) feet; thence <br />southerly parallel to the East line of said Section <br />One (1) a distance of one hundred sixty-five (165.0) <br />feet; thence easterly parallel to the South line of <br />said Section One (1) a distance of two hundred sixty- <br />four (264.0) feet to the place of beginning, and <br />containing 1.000 acre, more or less; <br />desire to have subdi~~ided as a subdivision the above-described tract <br />of land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of <br />such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat <br />of such proposed subdivision, to be known as BUCK-DOLTON SUBDIVISION, <br />designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly <br />describing the lots, streets, and easements belonging to such sub- <br />division, with lots designated by numbers, streets by names, and <br />easements by dimensions, and propose to cause the plat of such sub- <br />division when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission <br />and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, certified <br />as to accuracy o€ survey by a registered land surveyor, and to con <br />taro a dedication of the streets to the use of the public forever <br />and of the easements to the use of public utilities. In consideration <br />of the acceptance of the plat of said BUCK-DOLTON SUBDIVISION, the <br />Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, that they will install or provide at their expense the <br />following improvements: <br /> <br />
