$~'JG=502 <br />RIDER TO <br />RENE(~TIABLE RATE MDRTGA6E <br />In connection with the Renegotiable Rate Mortgage executed by the <br />undersigned Borrower and of even date herewith, Borrower and Lender. <br />hereby agree to the following additional provisions: <br />Transfer of Property; Assumption.
