<br />of said Lawton Subdivision, the Subdividers hereby consent and <br />agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they wi12 instaiZ <br />or provide at their expense the following improvements: <br />1. Paving. The Subdividers waive the right to object to any <br />paving or repaving district on Webb Road where they abut. <br />2. Water. Individual water supply systems shall be <br />permissible an an initial basis to serve the lots of the suhdivision. <br />The Subdividers agree to waive the right to protest creation of a <br />water district to serve the subdivision where they abut. The <br />Subdividers further agree to connect all lots in the stbdivison <br />to the City water supply system within two years of the water <br />district construction completion. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. A sanitary sewer system shall be provided <br />to connect all lots in the subdivision to the City sanitary sewer <br />system if a public main of said system shall be located within any <br />right-of-way adjacent to or contiguous to the subdivision at any <br />point. Individual systems shall be permissible on an initial basis <br />if a City sanitary sewer main is not a-aailable. In the event that <br />individual systems are utilized, the lot owners hereby waive the <br />right to protest creation of a sanitary sewer district and agree <br />to connect to such district, if constructed, within two years of <br />the completion of the construction of the district. <br />4. Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade the lots of the <br />subdivision in conjunction with the construction of any structure <br />thereon so that storm water shall be conveyed to an approved storm <br />drainage system if available and adequate to accept runoff from <br />the fully developed subdivision. Available shall mean the presence <br />of an approved system adjacent or contiguous to the subdivision at <br />any point. If an approved system is not available, then provision <br />must be made on site for detention of the ten-year design storm as <br />per criteria acceptable to the Grand Island Public Works Department. <br />5. Sidewalks. The Subdividers, if still the owners of the <br />land in the proposed subdivision, or if the Subdividers shall have <br />transferred title to the property, then the various grantees thereof, <br />will install, at their own expense, all public sidewalks required <br />by the Grand Island City Code when the adjacent lot is built upon, <br />and sidewalks shall be regulated and required with the building permit <br />for each such lot. <br />
