of said Lawton Subdivision, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they wi12 instaiZ or provide at their expense the following improvements: 1. Paving. The Subdividers waive the right to object to any paving or repaving district on Webb Road where they abut. 2. Water. Individual water supply systems shall be permissible an an initial basis to serve the lots of the suhdivision. The Subdividers agree to waive the right to protest creation of a water district to serve the subdivision where they abut. The Subdividers further agree to connect all lots in the stbdivison to the City water supply system within two years of the water district construction completion. 3. Sanitary Sewer. A sanitary sewer system shall be provided to connect all lots in the subdivision to the City sanitary sewer system if a public main of said system shall be located within any right-of-way adjacent to or contiguous to the subdivision at any point. Individual systems shall be permissible on an initial basis if a City sanitary sewer main is not a-aailable. In the event that individual systems are utilized, the lot owners hereby waive the right to protest creation of a sanitary sewer district and agree to connect to such district, if constructed, within two years of the completion of the construction of the district. 4. Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade the lots of the subdivision in conjunction with the construction of any structure thereon so that storm water shall be conveyed to an approved storm drainage system if available and adequate to accept runoff from the fully developed subdivision. Available shall mean the presence of an approved system adjacent or contiguous to the subdivision at any point. If an approved system is not available, then provision must be made on site for detention of the ten-year design storm as per criteria acceptable to the Grand Island Public Works Department. 5. Sidewalks. The Subdividers, if still the owners of the land in the proposed subdivision, or if the Subdividers shall have transferred title to the property, then the various grantees thereof, will install, at their own expense, all public sidewalks required by the Grand Island City Code when the adjacent lot is built upon, and sidewalks shall be regulated and required with the building permit for each such lot.
