SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />LAWTON SUBDIVISION <br />Ha11 County, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, William J. Lawton and k*Sarcia J. Lawton,. <br />husband ?nd wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners... <br />of a tract of land comprising a part of Lot One (1) situated in <br />the North Half (i1 z) of Section Six (6), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Ha11 County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the. West line. of said <br />Section {6), said point being four hundred one and'. <br />sixty-three hundredths (401.63} feet South of the <br />Northwest corner of said Section Six (6); thence <br />southerly along the westerly line of said Section Six <br />(6) a distance of seven hundred ninety-eight and <br />thirty-seven hundredths (798.37) feet to the Northwest <br />corner of Schumann Subdivision; thence easterly along <br />the northerly line of said Schumann Subdivision a <br />distance of two hundred thirty and forty-three hundredths <br />(230.43) feet to the easterly line of said Section Sia <br />(6); tY:Ance northerly along the easterly line of said <br />Section Sia (6) a distance of eight hundred twenty-nine <br />and seventy-five hundredths (829.75) feet to the <br />southerly right-of-way line of the State of Nebraska <br />Highway No. 281; thence deflecting left 95° 38` 18" <br />and running southwesterly al°ng said hit;hcaay right-of- <br />way line a distance of ninety-fr>ur and thirty-nine <br />hundredths (94.39) feet; thence ctefiecting left 03° <br />07` 24" and running southwesterly along said highwa:= <br />right-of-way line a distance of one hundred thirty-eight <br />and eight hundredths (138.08) feet to the place of <br />beginning, and containing 4.314 acres, more or less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract <br />of land outside the corporate limits but within tcao miles of the <br />City of Grand Island, and hereby submit to the City Council of such <br />City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of <br />such proposed subdivision, to be known as LAWTON SUBDIVISION, desie- <br />nating explicitly the land to be laid out and particulary describing <br />the 1°CS, streets, and easements belonging to such subdivision, with <br />lots designated by number, streets by names, and easements by dimen- <br />sions, and propose to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally <br />approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to <br />be acknowledged by such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey <br />by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of streets <br />to the use of the public forever and of the easements to the use and <br />benefit of the public.
