West line. of said Section {6), said point being four hundred one and'. sixty-three hundredths (401.63} feet South of the Northwest corner of said Section Six (6); thence southerly along the westerly line of said Section Six (6) a distance of seven hundred ninety-eight and thirty-seven hundredths (798.37) feet to the Northwest corner of Schumann Subdivision; thence easterly along the northerly line of said Schumann Subdivision a distance of two hundred thirty and forty-three hundredths (230.43) feet to the easterly line of said Section Sia (6); tY:Ance northerly along the easterly line of said Section Sia (6) a distance of eight hundred twenty-nine and seventy-five hundredths (829.75) feet to the southerly right-of-way line of the State of Nebraska Highway No. 281; thence deflecting left 95° 38` 18" and running southwesterly al°ng said hit;hcaay right-of- way line a distance of ninety-fr>ur and thirty-nine hundredths (94.39) feet; thence ctefiecting left 03° 07` 24" and running southwesterly along said highwa:= right-of-way line a distance of one hundred thirty-eight and eight hundredths (138.08) feet to the place of beginning, and containing 4.314 acres, more or less; desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of land outside the corporate limits but within tcao miles of the City of Grand Island, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known as LAWTON SUBDIVISION, desie- nating explicitly the land to be laid out and particulary describing the 1°CS, streets, and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by number, streets by names, and easements by dimen- sions, and propose to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of streets to the use of the public forever and of the easements to the use and benefit of the public.
