BLACKBURN, a single woman, hereinafter referred to as Seller, and CRAIG L. ?dHITE, a single man, hereinafter referred to as Buyer, ` WIiTdESSETH AS FOLLO?JS 1. That said Seller, in consideration of the sum of money to be paid by the Buyer to the Seller, and of the covenants to be performed by the Buyer, as hereinafter expressed, hereby agrees to sell to the Buyer all that certain piece or parcel of land situated in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, described as follows: Lot Six (6) in Block Ten (10) of the original town of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, subject to anv restrictions and easements of record upon these premises. 2. The Buyer is given the right to prepay monthly payments in increments of One Hundred Thirty-Nine and 35/00 Dollars ($139.35), said prepayments to be applied to the remaining balance due and shall not take the place of the next monthly payment.
