Such tract of land and streets and highways are hereby annexed to the City of Crand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. SECTION 5. Upon the taking effect of this ordinance, the police, f1re, and snow zemoval services of such City shall be furnished to Che tract of land and streets and highways herein annexed, and water service and sanitary sewer service will be available as provided.by law. SECTION 6. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance or the annexation of any tract of land, street, or highway by this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance since it is the express intent of the Mayor and City Council to enact each section, subsection, clause, or phrase separately. SECTION 7. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage, approval, and gublicacion within Fifteen days in one issue of the Grand Island Daily Independent, without the plat, as provided by law, and on Accember 1, 1979.
