M., Hall County, Nebraska; to provide forservice benefits thereto; to provide severability; - - --- aa!d-*_o- c2nfirm-the zoning classification thereof. ., BE IT ORDAINED BY THE i44Y0R AND COI7NCIL Or' THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. It is hereby found and determine3by such City Council that: - .. (a) The tract of land and streets and highways in the Wesc Half of the Northwest Quarter {WSp'ItY) of Section Fourteen (I4) and the East Half of the Northeast Quaztez (ERNE,) of Section Fifteen (15), all in Township Eleven (11) North, Range nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, as hereinafter more particularly described, are urban and suburban in character and contiguous and adjacent to the corporate limits - ( of such City and as urban and suburban in character are not agricultural ~ Land rural in character; - - G+ n W z ~ ~ ~ (b) ?olicc, fire, and snow removal benefits arc available thereto, and a i° w sanitary sewer and public wacer service will be available as provided by ~. o z ~ ~ ¢ ~ law; `+_ ~ (e} The zoning ciassificatioit of such tract of land as shown nn the official zoning map of the City of Crand Island, Nebraska, is hereby confirmed; (d) There is a unity of interest in the use of such trace of land and highways with the use of lots, lands, streets, and highways in the City, and the community convenience and weifara and the interest of such City will be enhanced through incorporating such lands and streets and highways within the corporate limits of such City. SECTION 2. That the boundaries of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, be, and hereby zre, extended to include within the corporate limits of such City the contiguous and adjacent tract o£ land and streets and highways in the Wesc Half of the Northwest - Quarter (W~,NW7c).of Section Fourteen (14) and the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E~ISE?t) of Section Fifteen (15), all in Township Eleven (I1) North, Range Nine (9) bleat of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: -1-
