Such tract of land and streets and highways are hereby annexed to the City of Crand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. SECTION 5. Upon the taking effect of this ordinance, the police, fire, and snow removal services of such City shall be furnished to the tract of land and streets and - highways herein annexed, and water service and sanitary sewer.serviee will be available as provided by law. SECTION 6. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this - ordinance or the annexation of any tract of land, street; or highway by this ordinance - is for any reason held.to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance since it is Che express intent of the Mayor and City Council to enact each section, subsection, - clause, or phrase separately. - SECTION 7, This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication within fifteen days in one issue of the Crand Island Da31y Independent, without the plat, as provided by law, and on Os:cember 2, 1979.
