SECTION-3. Such tracts of .land and streets and highways are hereby annexed to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. SECTION 4. Upon the taking effect of this ordinance, the police, fire and snow removal services of such City shall be furnished to the tracts of land and streets and highways herein annexed, and water service end sanitary sewer will be available as provided by law, _ SECTION 5. Zf any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance or the annexation of any tract of land, street, or highway by this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, since it is the express intent of the r±ayor and Clty Council to enact each section, subsection., clause, or phrase separately. SECTION 6, This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication within fifteen days in cne issue o£ the Grand Island Aaily Independent, without the plat, as provided by law, and on November 1, 1479.
