<br />furniture {including tables, chairs, planters, desks, sofas, shelves, lockers and cabinets}, wall beds; wall-safes, fur-

<br />with respect to the proceeds of insurance in effect with respect thereto, which Trustor now has or-may hereafter' ---
<br />acquire in the Property, and any and ail awards made for the caking by eminent domain, or by_any proece_dirtgpr,-.,
<br />purchase in lieu thereof, of the whole or any part of the Trust Estate, indu3ing without limitation any awards -
<br />resulting from a change of grade of streets and awards for severance damages.
<br />The entire estate, property and interest hereby conveyed to Trustee may hereafter be referred-to as the "Trust'---.-

<br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING:
<br />a. Payment of indebtedness in the total principal amount of S 900,000.00 ,with interest
<br />thereon, evidenced byy that certain promissory note of even date herewith (the "Note"} with amaturity-date
<br />of August I, 19y5 ,executed by Trustor, which has been delivered to and is payable to
<br />the order of Beneficiary, and whtch by this reference is hereby made a part hereof, and any and all modifications,
<br />extensions and renewals thereof.

<br />g. Performance of Trustor's obligations and agreements contained in Trustor's loan application and
<br />Beneficiary's Loan commitment, and any such application and commitment between Trustor and any assignee of
<br />Beneficiary, which loan is secured hereby, and any modification or amendmcrt thereof.

<br />debtedness evidenced by the Note, charges, fees and aII other sums as provided m the Loan Instruments, and the
<br />principal of, and interest on, any Cuture advances secured by this Deed of Trust.
