such Completion Bonds and. is willing to enter into the amendments provided for in this Amendment to Lease Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained and in consideration of the Authority's issuance of Completion Bonds, the Authority and Lessee do hereby agree as follows: Section 1. The rental schedule shown in Exhibit 3" to the Lease shall be amended to provide for lease rentals as shown in Exhibit "B" to this Amendment to Lease Agreement which Exhibit "B" is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by such refer- ence. Section 2. The Lessee hereby reconfirms its consent to the Resolution and all terms thereof and further consents and agrees to that Amendment to Bond Resolution adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Authority on June 10, 1950 and all the tern:?s thereof, and further agrees that it will not do any act or cause any action to be done or taken which wculd cause a default by the Authority under the Resolution as amended by said Amendment to Bond Resolution. Section 3. Lessee hereby confirms its obligation under Section A.8 to pay all costs of constructing and acquiring the Project except to the extent that such costs are paid for from the groceeds of Completion Bonds as authorized pursuant to said Bond Resolution Amendment, Section 4. Lessor and Lessee hereby consent to an A~eendenent to Sublease relating to that Sublease dated as of July 1, 1979 by and between Lessee and Region ZII, as defined in the Lease, which is uated as of June 1, 1980 and provides for an in- creme in monthly rentals thereunder to S3,900 per month commenc- ing as of July 1, 1980. Lessee further confirms the pledge, 4ssign- memt and grant of security interest contained in Section 2.6 of the Lease with respect to said Sublease as amended by said Amendment to sublease. Section 5. This Amendment to Lease Agreement amends and a-odifies the Lease only in the particulars herein stated. -x-
