Y 80-- AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT This Amendment to Lease Agreement is made and entered- into as of the first day of June, 1980 by and. between Hospital Author-ity No. 1 of Hali County, Nebraska, a public body corporate and politic of the State of Nebraska (the "Authority" or the- "Lessor") and Region III Facilities Corporation, a not-for-pro€it corporation existing under the Nebraska Non Profit Corporation Acb (the "Lessee"). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the Authority and Lessee have entered into a Lease Agreement, dated as of Juls= 1, 1979, which appears of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 79-005189 {the "Lease") and pursuant thereto, Lessee has leased from Authority a facility suitable for t:ie treatment, including training and rehabilitation of mentally i21, retarded and disabled persons (the "Project") located on and including the premises described in Exhibit "A" as attached hereto and by such reference made a part hereof, in Hall County, Nebraska. WHEREAS, under the teens of Section 4.8 of the Lease, Lessee has agreed that if the 1979 Construction Fund, as described and referred to therein, shall be insufficient to fully pay all the costs of constructing and acquiring the Project, Lessee shall pay, in cash, the full amount of any such deficiency provided that Lessee's obligation to make such payment may be reduced to the extent that Completion Bonds are issued pursuant to that Bond Resolution adopted July 24, 1979 by the Board of Trustees of the Authority (the "Resolution"). WHEREAS, Lessee in order to enable the Authority to issue Completion Bonds is required to increase the amount Qf rentals payable by Lessee pursuant to the Leases and Lessee is wi Ming to enter into this Amendment to Lease Agreement in order to increase the lease rentals payable by Lessee to an amount suf- ficient to provide for all principal and interest payment obliga- tion due on such Completion Bonds and Authority proposes to issue
