Murtga~e <br />or the Note which this Mortgage is given to secure,. before the <br />same becomes delinquent, and keeps the buildings on said preen- <br />ices insured with a loss payable to the Mortgagee as their <br />` interests ma a <br />y ppear, then these presents to be void, otherwise <br />to be and remain in full force. <br />TT TS FURTHER AGREED that if the Mortgagor shall fail <br />to. pay such taxes or procure such insurance, the Mortgagees may <br />pay such taxes and procure such insurance; and the sum so advanced, <br />with interest at nine percent (9%) shall be repaid by the <br />Mortgagor, and this Mortgage shall stand as security for the <br />same.
