~"- t~x03D <br />SECOND REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE <br />BARBARA J. DAPPER, of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, for and in consideration of Si-x Thousand Five <br />Hundred Dollars ($6,500.00} in hand-paid, the receipt of which- <br />is hereby acknowledged, doss hereby bargain, sell and convey <br />to ROBERT W. HOFFA and SHIRLEY A. HOFFA, husband and wife, of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, the real estate hereinafter described <br />and situated in Ha71 County, Nebraska, to-wit: <br />The Southerly Twenty-Six and Six Tenths feet <br />(S 26.6') of Lot Eight (8} and the Northerly <br />Thirty-Nine and Six Tenths feet (N 39.6') of <br />Lot Nine (9), Block Eleven (11) in West Park <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtances <br />thereto belonging and all the rights of the Mortgagor, and I do <br />hereby covenant with the said Mortgagees, their heirs, successors <br />and assigns, that I am lawfully seized of the premises; that there <br />is currently existing a first mortgage lien on said premises in <br />favor of First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Lincoln, <br />Nebraska, under date of November 17, 1977, in the principal amount <br />of Twenty Four Thousand Dollars ($24,000.00); that the mortgage <br />conveyed hereunder is intended to be a second real estate mortgage <br />in Pavor of the Mortgagees. <br />Provided always, and these presents are upon the follow- <br />ing conditions, to-wit: <br />That, whereas the said Mortgagor has executed and de- <br />live~ryed to the Mortgagees a Promissory Note bearing the date of <br />%~ , <br />1979, for the payment of Six Thousand <br />Fiv undyed Dollars ($6,500.00) as follows, to-wit: A monthly <br />payment of Ninety Dollars ($90.00), to include principal and <br />interest, for a period of Ninety-Nine {99) months commenc- <br />ing in June of 1979 and each and every month thereafter through <br />August, 1987. <br />NON, if the Mortgagor shall pay or cause to be paid the <br />sum of money in the Note mentioned above with interest thereon <br />according to the tenor and effect of said Note; and shall pay all <br />
