SMITH, husband <br />and wife; and DONALD R. MASON and BEVERLY J. MASON, husband and <br />wife, each in his and her own right, hereinafter called the $ub- <br />dividers,,as owners of a tract of land consisting of all of Lot Six <br />(6) and the North Half (N~) of Lot Seven (?), in Block Seventeen <br />(17), Facker and Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lvt Six <br />(6); thence S 0° 24' 30" E a distance of &4 feet <br />to the Southeast corner of the North Half (N~) of <br />said Lot Seven (7); thence West a distance of 120 <br />feet to the Southwest corner of the North Half (N~) <br />of said Lot Seven (?); thence N Oo 24' 30" W a <br />distance of 84 feet to the point of beginning, said <br />tract containing 0.231 acre, more or less; <br />desires to have-`suo8iviciec~'da a emu.... <br />tract of land which is located within the corporate Limits of the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City <br />Council of such City far acceptance as provided by law an accurate <br />map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as FREEMAN <br />SUBDIVISION (Revised), designating explicitly the land to be laid <br />out and particularly describing the lets and easements belonging to <br />such subdivision, with lots designated by numbers and easements by <br />dimensions, and proposes to cause the plat of such subdivision <br />when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the <br />City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, certified as to <br />accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain <br />a dedication of the easements to the use and benefit of public <br />utilities. In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of Bald <br />Freetaan Subdivision (Revised), the Subdividers heret~y consent and <br />agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install <br />or provide at their expense the following improvements: <br />1. 1'avin,g.
