All funds acquired by r.ne Association shall be Yield in <br />-trust far the members in accordance with the provisions of the <br />Plaster Deed, these Articles, and the By-laws. <br />4. i'he powers of the Association shall be subject to and <br />shall be exercised in accordance with the provisions of the <br />t+iaster Deed and the By-laws. <br />ARTICLE IV. <br />Members <br />1. The members of the Association shall consist of all of <br />the record owners of the office units. <br />2. Change of membership in the Association shall be es- <br />tablished by the recording in the public records of Hall County, <br />:Nebraska, of a deed or other instrument establishing a record <br />title to an office unit in the condominium and the delivery to <br />the Association of a certified cogy of such instrument, the owner <br />designated by such instrument thereby becoming a member of the <br />Association, The membership of the prior owner shall be thereby <br />terminated. <br />3. The share of a member in the funds and assets of the <br />Association cannot be assigned, hypothecated, or transferred in <br />any mannez except as an appurtenance to his office unit. <br />4. The members of the Association shall each be entitled <br />to the number of votes as provided in the Master Deed. The <br />manner of exercising voting rights snail be determined by the <br />By-laws of the Association. <br />ARTICLE V. <br />Directors <br />1. The affairs of the Association will be managed by a <br />Board consisting of the number of directors as shall be deter- <br />mined by the By-laws. <br />2. Directors of the Association shall be elected at the <br />annual meeting of the members in the manner determined by the <br />By-laws. Vacancies on the Board of Uireetors shall be filled in <br />the manner provided by the By-laws. <br />3. The first election of directors shall not be held until <br />aftex deeds or other instruments establishing legal title to all <br />of the office units of the condominium have been recorded and <br />show record title in someone other than the developer. <br />4.
