The purpose far which the Association is organized is <br />to provide an entity pursuant to Sections 76-801 to 76-823 R.R.S. <br />l+tebraska, hereinafter tailed the Condominium Property Act, for <br />the operation of the Grand Island Doctors Building, a Condominium <br />located upon the following lands: <br />Lot 1, Saint Francis tdedical Subdivision, <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. The Association shall make no distributions of income <br />to its members, directors, or officers. <br />ARTICLE III. <br />Powers <br />The- p~;,r~,-s o£ ttte Asseciar:or sha) l i.naludo and bQ nnverned <br />by the fallowing provisions: <br />A. The Association shall have all of the common law and <br />statutory powers of a corporation not for profit which are oat in <br />conflict with tha terns az these isitiv:Te3. <br />2.
