The purpose far which the Association is organized is to provide an entity pursuant to Sections 76-801 to 76-823 R.R.S. l+tebraska, hereinafter tailed the Condominium Property Act, for the operation of the Grand Island Doctors Building, a Condominium located upon the following lands: Lot 1, Saint Francis tdedical Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. 2. The Association shall make no distributions of income to its members, directors, or officers. ARTICLE III.
