TfiEASPEYER, <br />husband and wife; and MICHAEL L. ttEUBERT and BRENDA 3. I~UBERT, <br />husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as own®rs of. <br />a tract of land comprising all of Lot Eight (8), Block One (1), <br />Colonial Estates Second Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />said tract containing f?.568 acres, more or less, desire to have <br />subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of land which <br />is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Island, <br />;tebraska, and hereby sulamit to the City Council of such City for <br />acceptance as provided by Iaw an accurate map and plat of such <br />proposed subdivision, to be known as THEASMEYER-NEIIBERT St3BDZYiSION, <br />designating explicitly the land to he laid out and particularly <br />describing the lots and easements belonging to such subdivision, <br />with lots designated by numbers and easements by dimensions, and <br />propose to cause r.he plat of such subdivision when finally approved <br />by the cZegional Planning Commission and the Citv Council to be <br />acknowledged by such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey <br />by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the <br />easement to the use of public utilities, In consideration of the <br />acceptance of the plat of said Theasmeyer-Neubert Subdivision, <br />the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, thaC they will install ox provide at their expense <br />the following improvements: <br />1. Paving. The Subdividers waive the right to abject to <br />any repaving district on Faidley Court or Faidley avenue where they <br />abut said subdivision. <br />Z. '.Dater. There is presently an existing water ^sain in <br />Faidley Court, known as Projeer_ 78-w-4, The Subdividers agree to <br />connect all structures in the subdivision to said City watermain <br />prior to applying for occupancy permits for any st;ch structures. <br />~;t <br /> <br />
