r- <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION AGREE4~t7T <br />DOUBLE R SUBDIVISION <br />Hail County, Nebraska <br />REED ROTH EQUITIES, A Partnership, hereinafter called the <br />Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising a part of the <br />East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (E~SE~SGfi~) <br />of Section Eleven (11), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten X10) <br />West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of said East <br />Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter (E~SE4SW~); thence northerly along the <br />West line of said East Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (E~SE4SW4) a <br />distance of one thousand three hundred seventeen <br />and seventy-four hundredths {1,317.74) feet to the <br />Northwest corner of said East Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (E'~SE45W4), also <br />being a point on the South line of Western Heights <br />Third Subdivision; thence easterly along the South <br />line of said Western Heights Third Subdivision a <br />distance of three hundred eleven and three tenths <br />{311.3) feet;- thence deflecting right 890 30' 40" <br />and running southerly a distance of one thousand <br />three hundred eighteen and five hundredths (1,318.05) <br />feet to a point on the South line of said Section <br />Eleven {11); thence westerly along the South line <br />of said Section Eleven {11} a distance of three <br />hundred twelve and eighteen hundredths (312.18) <br />feet to the place of beginning, and containing <br />9 431 acres, more or less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described <br />tract of land outside the corporate limits but within two miles <br />of the City of Gzand Island, and hereby submit to the City Council <br />of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map <br />and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as DOUBLE R <br />SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and <br />particularly describing the lots, streets, and easements belong- <br />ing to such subdivision, with lots designate~3 by numbers, streets <br />by names, and easements by dimensions, and propose to cause the <br />plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional <br />Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged by <br />such owner, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered <br />land surveyoz, and to contain a dedication of streets to the use <br />and benefit of the public, and of easements to the use of public <br />utilities.
