<br />AlI o_' the Debtor's right, title, and interest now o-.med or hereafter acquired in
<br />the leaseholds now in effeeL under certain leases between Terminal Grafn Company,
<br />a co-partnership, at Craad Island, as Lessor; in property leased from the Depart-
<br />menC of the Army, at Grand Island, as Leeson; in property leased from Laverne
<br />ililhelai, at Cairo; is property leased from Lloyd i7indfield near Norms, Herrick
<br />County, Yebraska, as Lessor; and in property leased £~om Howard Horak in Howard
<br />County, Nebraska, as Lessor; and Parmers Union Cooperative Elevator Association
<br />of Craad Island, Nebraska, as Lessee, or in any leasehold hereafter acquired by
<br />the Debtor in the fallowing described real estate, to wit:

<br />all goods; all farm products; all goods which are or may become fixtures; all
<br />fixtures; all equipment; and all inventory, including, without limitation, all
<br />machinery, fixtures, equigment, supplies, and other properties located or installed
<br />ia, on, or about, or used in connection with the buildings and improvements owned
<br />by the Debtor and located at its places of business in Grand Island and Cairo, in
<br />Ha11 County, in Horms, in Merrick County, and in Howard county, Nebraska, including
<br />grain elevators, eievatar annexes, grain storage warehouses, feed mills, bulk blend
<br />fertilizer plants, liquid fertilizer plants, anhydrous ammonia plants, propane
<br />plants, petroleum bulk plants, supply sales and warehouse, repair shops, warehouses
<br />offices and related facilities, including truck scales, hoists, dust collectors,
<br />aerators, fans, belts, motors, conveyors, compressors, elevating legs, spouting,
<br />truck lifts, grain driers, hammer mills, roller mills, pellet mills, grinders,
<br />boilers, mixers, truck hoists, bulk feed delivery units, fork lifts, conveyors,
<br />augers, motors, blenders, hopper scales, legs, conveyors, payloaders, fertilizer
<br />spreaders, Iiqui3 fertilizer storage tanks, nurse tanks, applicators, sprayers,
<br />anhydrous ammonia storage tanks, nurse tanks, trailers, applicators, propane storage
<br />tanks, propane delivery units, pumps, pipes, fittings, petroleum storage tanks,
<br />petroleum delivery units, pumps, pipes, fittings, grain storage warehouse equipment,
<br />warehouse equipment, aeration equipment, grain driers, truck scales, regaiz shop
<br />equipment, supply sales and warehouse equipment, motor vehicles and trailers, office
<br />equipment and office machines; all inventories, including without limitation, grain,
<br />feed, seed, dry fertilizer, liquid fertilizer, farm supplies, anhydrous ammonia,
<br />propane, petroleum products, agricultural chemicals, and miscellaneous merchandise;
<br />all 'accounts, including without limitation, accounts receivable arising out of the
<br />sale o: inventory, and all notes receivable; all warehouse receipt; all right,
<br />title and interest in sad to any and all grain, farm products, merchandise, or other
<br />commodity which is the subject of or covered by a warehouse receipt, bill of lading,
<br />or other title documents issued to or to the order of the Debtor, any agent of the
<br />Debtor, the Secured Yarty, or any agent of the Secured Part} by any warehouseman or
<br />other person or entity; all commodity margin accoucit~; any and all accounts for
<br />trading in future contracts for co:emodiiies of any nature now or hereafter owned or
<br />maintained with any broker in which the Debtor shall have any right, title or
<br />interest, together with any sad all funds, credit balarees, commodities and contracts
<br />relating thereto, now or hereafter contained in or credited to such accounts or which
<br />may retain [herein upon the closing thereof; all contract rights; all general intan-
<br />gibles; zll chattel papers; all documents; all instruments; all cash, money, negotiable
<br />instruments, documents of title, securities, deposit accounts, or other cash equiva-
<br />lents; and, wish respect to all of the foregoing (but not hereby authorizing the
<br />exchange, sale, or other disposition of any or all of the foregoing), the proceeds
<br />therefroa, products thereof, additions thereto, replacements thereof, and all
<br />accessories, accessions, parts and machinery now or hereafter affixed thereto, or
<br />used in connection therewith.
