Pavin 'The Subdividers agree to petition the City for the creation of street improvement districts to pave Fourth Street, Fifth Street, and Orleans Drive, where they exist in said subdivision prior to applying for an occupation permit for any structure in said subdivision. The Subdividers further agree to pay any and all assessments levied against tl"ie subdivision as a result of the paving of North Front Street where it abuts said subdivision. 2. Water. The Subdividers agree to petition the City for the creation of a water main district to serve all Iots in said subdi.visi_cn, or in the alternative, to construct the necessary water mains to serve all lots in said subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City's Director of Public Works and subject to City inspectior. prior to the issuance of any occupancy permit- for any structure withir_ said district or project. 3. Sanitarv Sewer.
