Pavin 'The Subdividers agree to petition the City for <br />the creation of street improvement districts to pave Fourth <br />Street, Fifth Street, and Orleans Drive, where they exist in said <br />subdivision prior to applying for an occupation permit for any <br />structure in said subdivision. The Subdividers further agree to <br />pay any and all assessments levied against tl"ie subdivision as a <br />result of the paving of North Front Street where it abuts said <br />subdivision. <br />2. Water. The Subdividers agree to petition the City for <br />the creation of a water main district to serve all Iots in said <br />subdi.visi_cn, or in the alternative, to construct the necessary <br />water mains to serve all lots in said subdivision in accordance <br />with plans and specifications approved by the City's Director of <br />Public Works and subject to City inspectior. prior to the issuance <br />of any occupancy permit- for any structure withir_ said district or <br />project. <br />3. Sanitarv Sewer. The Subdividers agree to petition for <br />the creation of a sanitary sewer district or districts to serve <br />the lots in said subdivision, ar in the alr_c~rnative, *_-o construct <br />the necessary sanitary sewer .rains to serve 1Ufis in said subdivi- <br />sion in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the <br />City's Director of Public Works and subject to the City's inspection, <br />prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit for any structure <br />within said district or project. <br />4. Storm Drain~e. Th~ Subdividers agree to grade all lots <br />in the subdivision in accordance with the structures located <br />thereon so that storm water drains to public right-of-way. 'L'he <br />Subdividers further agree to construct through district or project <br />method necessary storm sewer mains in order to connect the storm <br />drainage flaw of the subdivision to existing storm sewer drains <br />located in Fifth Street.
