[-' <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />KALLOS SUBDIVISION <br />In the City. of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, CHRIS 3. KALLOS and. HELEN KALLOS, husband <br />and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a <br />tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter (NW„SW;,}, and part of the West Half (W'~) of <br />Vacated Hancock Avenue, all in Section Seventeen (17), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9} West of the 6th P.M., in Grand <br />Zsland, HaI'_ County, Nebraska, mare particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at a point an the north line of Front <br />Street, said point being the Southeast corner of <br />Wolfe's Subdivision; thence northerly along the <br />East line of said Wo1fe's Subdivision a distance <br />of six hundred eighty and seventy-one hundredths <br />(680.71) feet to the Southwest corner of Dau <br />Subdivision; thence easterly along the South line <br />of said Dau Subdivision a distance of three hundred <br />fifty-three and eighty-six hundredths (353.86) <br />feet to the centerline of Vacated Hancock Avenue; <br />thence southerly along the centerline of said <br />Vacated Hancock Avenue a distance of six hundred <br />eighty (680) feet to the North line of said Front <br />Street; thence westerly along the. North line of <br />said Front Street a distance of three hundred <br />fifty-two and five tenChs (352.5) feet tv the <br />place of beginning, and containing 5.516 acres, <br />more or less. <br />desire to have sub3ivided as a subdivision the above tra~,t of <br />land which is located within tiro corporate limits of the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Counc~.1 of <br />such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and <br />plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as KALLOS SUBDIVISION, <br />designating explicitly the land to be Laid oixt and particularly <br />describing the lots, streets, and easements belonging to such <br />subdivision, with lots designated by numbers, streets by names, <br />and easements by dimensions, and prvpose to eause the plat of <br />such subdivision when finally approved by the Elegional Planning <br />Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, <br />certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land st:rveyar, <br />and to contain a dedication of streets and easements to the use <br />and benefit of the public.
