<br /> <br />Subdivision, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the <br />City of Grand Island, iVebraska, that they will install or provide <br />at their expense the following improvements: <br />1. Paving. The Subdividers agree to pay for any and all <br />paving assessments levied against the property prior to an <br />occupatian permit being issued for any new structure within said <br />subdivision. <br />2. Water and Sanitary Sewer. The City water and sanitary <br />sewer service is available to all lots within said subdivision. <br />The Subdividers agree to connect all structures within said sub- <br />division to said water and sanitary sewer mains Briar to the <br />issuance of an occupancy permit for any new structure within said <br />subdivision. The Subdividers further agree to pay any and all <br />assessments as the result of construction of said water and <br />sanitary sewer mains prior to the issuance of the aforesaid <br />occupancy permits. <br />3. Storm Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade all lots <br />within said subdivisian in conjunction with the structures located <br />thereon so that storm water drains to public right-af-way. <br />4. Sidewalks. The Subdividers, if still the owners of the <br />land in the prapased s=~_divisioa, or if the Subdividers shah ..ave <br />transferred title to the property, then the variaus grantees thereaf, <br />will install, at their own expense, ail public sidewalks required <br />by the Grand Island City Code when the adjacent Iot is built upon, <br />and sidewalks shall be regulated and required caith the building <br />permit for each such lot. <br />5. War_•__rant~. The undersigned owners, as Subdividers, warrant <br />that they are the owners in fee simple of the land described ;-ind <br />proposed to be known as Ravenoaks Subdivision, and that an abstract <br />o~ title will be submitted for examinatian, if necessary, upan <br />request of the City of Grand Island. <br />6. This agreement shall run with the land and shall be <br />binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their <br />successors, assigns, heirs, devisees, and legatees.
