Subdivision, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, iVebraska, that they will install or provide at their expense the following improvements: 1. Paving. The Subdividers agree to pay for any and all paving assessments levied against the property prior to an occupatian permit being issued for any new structure within said subdivision. 2. Water and Sanitary Sewer. The City water and sanitary sewer service is available to all lots within said subdivision. The Subdividers agree to connect all structures within said sub- division to said water and sanitary sewer mains Briar to the issuance of an occupancy permit for any new structure within said subdivision. The Subdividers further agree to pay any and all assessments as the result of construction of said water and sanitary sewer mains prior to the issuance of the aforesaid occupancy permits. 3. Storm Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade all lots within said subdivisian in conjunction with the structures located thereon so that storm water drains to public right-af-way. 4. Sidewalks. The Subdividers, if still the owners of the land in the prapased s=~_divisioa, or if the Subdividers shah ..ave transferred title to the property, then the variaus grantees thereaf, will install, at their own expense, ail public sidewalks required by the Grand Island City Code when the adjacent Iot is built upon, and sidewalks shall be regulated and required caith the building permit for each such lot. 5. War_•__rant~. The undersigned owners, as Subdividers, warrant that they are the owners in fee simple of the land described ;-ind proposed to be known as Ravenoaks Subdivision, and that an abstract o~ title will be submitted for examinatian, if necessary, upan request of the City of Grand Island. 6. This agreement shall run with the land and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their successors, assigns, heirs, devisees, and legatees. Where the - 2 -
