~0-~~~ SUBDIVISION AGREEIIEidT RAVENOAKS SUBDIVISION In the City of Grand Island Nebraska The undersigned, LAWRENCE K. HANILINSON and JEANENNE E. HANKINSON, husband and wife, and GRAND ISLAND TRUST COMPANY, a Nebraska corporation, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners and mortgagee, respectively, of a tract of land which is a replat of Lot 10, Island Acres Subdivision, as surveyed, platted, and recorded in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northerly right-of- way line of 14th Street, said goint being the southwesterly corner of Lot 11, said Island Acres Subdivision; thence N 0° 04' S5" E for 218 feet along the westerly line of said Lot 11 to the southeasterly boundary corner of Island Acres Sub- division No. 4 as surveyed, platted and recorded in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence S 890 58' 45" W for 234.70 feet along the southerly boundary line of said Island Acres Sub- division No. 4 to the northeasterly corner of Lot 9, said Island Acres Subdivision; thence S 0° Ob' 30" W for 217.91 feet along the easterly line of said Lot 9 to the southeasterly corner of Lot 9, said point also being on the said northerly right-of-way line of 14th Street; thence East for 234.80 feet along the said northerly right-o£-way line of 14th Street to the point of~beginning, and containing 1.17 acres, more or less (the northerly line of said 14th Street assumed EastJWest in direction); desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above descrit-~d tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such praposed subdivision to be known as RA6'ENOAKS SUB- DIVISION, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and parti- cularly describing the lots, streets, and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by numbers, streets by names, and easements by dimensions, and propose to cause the plat of such subdivision 4vhen finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, certified as to accuracy a£ survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of streets to the use and benefit of the public forever, and of easements to the use of public utilities.
