~0-~~~ <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEIIEidT <br />RAVENOAKS SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island Nebraska <br />The undersigned, LAWRENCE K. HANILINSON and JEANENNE E. <br />HANKINSON, husband and wife, and GRAND ISLAND TRUST COMPANY, a <br />Nebraska corporation, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners <br />and mortgagee, respectively, of a tract of land which is a replat <br />of Lot 10, Island Acres Subdivision, as surveyed, platted, and <br />recorded in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the northerly right-of- <br />way line of 14th Street, said goint being the <br />southwesterly corner of Lot 11, said Island Acres <br />Subdivision; thence N 0° 04' S5" E for 218 feet <br />along the westerly line of said Lot 11 to the <br />southeasterly boundary corner of Island Acres Sub- <br />division No. 4 as surveyed, platted and recorded <br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />thence S 890 58' 45" W for 234.70 feet along the <br />southerly boundary line of said Island Acres Sub- <br />division No. 4 to the northeasterly corner of Lot 9, <br />said Island Acres Subdivision; thence S 0° Ob' 30" W <br />for 217.91 feet along the easterly line of said Lot 9 <br />to the southeasterly corner of Lot 9, said point also <br />being on the said northerly right-of-way line of 14th <br />Street; thence East for 234.80 feet along the said <br />northerly right-o£-way line of 14th Street to the <br />point of~beginning, and containing 1.17 acres, more <br />or less (the northerly line of said 14th Street assumed <br />EastJWest in direction); <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above descrit-~d <br />tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council <br />of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and <br />plat of such praposed subdivision to be known as RA6'ENOAKS SUB- <br />DIVISION, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and parti- <br />cularly describing the lots, streets, and easements belonging to <br />such subdivision, with lots designated by numbers, streets by names, <br />and easements by dimensions, and propose to cause the plat of such <br />subdivision 4vhen finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission <br />and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, certified <br />as to accuracy a£ survey by a registered land surveyor, and to <br />contain a dedication of streets to the use and benefit of the public <br />forever, and of easements to the use of public utilities.
