<br />(a) Insurance against loss ar damage to the Improvements by fire and any of the risks covered by iaauranee -

<br />struction of new Improvements occurs after execution of this Dzed of Trust, completed operations coverage for
<br />fwo years after construction of iht improvtments has been compietedj on an "occurrence basis" against claims
<br />far "personal injury" including without {imitation bodily injury, death ar property damage occurring on, in or
<br />about the Trust Estaxc and the adjoining streets, sidewalks and passageways, such insurance to afford immediate
<br />minimum protection to a limit of not lass than that required by Beneficiary with «spect to personal injury or
<br />death to any one or more persons or damage to property:
<br />(d) During the course of any construction or repair of Improvements on the Property, workmen's com-
<br />pensation insurance (including employer's liability insurance, if requested by Beneficiary) for all employees of
<br />Trustor engaged on ar with respect to the Trust Estate in such amount as is reasanabty satisfactory to Beneficiary,
<br />or, if such limits are established by taw, in such amounts;
<br />(e) During the course of any construction or «pair of [mpmvements on the Property, builder's completed
<br />vafue risk insurance against "aft risks of physical loss," including collapse and transit coverage, during con-
<br />struction of such (mpravements, with deducribles not to exceed b1,000, in nonreporting form, covering the fetal
<br />value of work performed and equipment, supplies and materials furnished. Said policy of insurance shall contain
<br />[he "permission to occupy upon completion of work nr occupant}" endncsement
