Quinn presented recommendations for membership changes in the University <br />Judiciary Constitution in Article II, Section C, D, and E. He rioted that the <br />changes had been approved in alt the formal steps to this point. <br />A motion was duly made and seconded that the Board of Governors <br />authorizes a change in Article II, Section C, D, and E of the University <br />Judiciary Constitution with Section E eliminated and Sections C and D <br />to read as follows: <br />C, Four students, two t~) to be elected at a student general <br />election each semester, The fall election for one Soaha- <br />more and one Jua~ior student member shall be held simul- <br />taneously with the election of student members to the <br />Board of Trustees. The spring elution far one Junior <br />and ane Freshman student shad be held three to six weeks <br />after the Student :affairs Senate election. <br />1. The Student Affairs Senate shall supervise <br />and direct this elecron. <br />2. To place his name on the ballot, a nominee <br />must so petition, and his petition must be <br />signed by fift~+ (a0) full andJor part-time <br />students of the University. <br />3. All full and part-time students classified as <br />Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior <br />may vote.
