<br />IQ. Thaz the Mortgagor will keep the buildings upon said premises in good repair and neither commit nor permit waste
<br />upon said land, nor suffer the said premises to he used for any unlawtu! purpose.
<br />I1. That if the premises, or any part thereof, he condemned under the power of emit,e.nt domain. or acquired for a public
<br />use, the damages awarded, the proceeds For the taking of, or the consideration for such acquisition, to the extent of the full
<br />amount of indebtednes upon this mortgage and the note which it is given to secure remaining unpaid. are hereby assigned by the
<br />Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, and shalt be paid forthwith to said Mortgagee ro be applied hr the latter on account of the next
<br />maturing installments of such indebtedness.
<br />IZ. The Mortgagor further agrees that should this mortgage and the note secured hereby nut be eligible for in-
<br />suranceunder the National Housing Act within sixty days from the date hereof (written statemem of any officer
<br />of the Department of Housing and Urban Development or authorized agent of the Secretary of Housing and Urban
<br />Devekopment dated subsequent to the sixty days time from the date of this mnrtgaee. declining to insure said
<br />'mite and this mortgage, being deemed cone;usive proof of wch ineligibilityl, the lortgagee or holder of the note

<br />the cost of extr_nding the abstract of title from the date of this loan to the time of commencing such foreclosure suit, and a rea-
<br />sonatde attorney's fee, all of which shall be included in the decree of tforecosure: and the contract embodied in this mortgage
