SUR?UIVORSH'IP WARRANT',Y DEED' <br />JACOB PAUL GRUVEF, and NANCY ANN GRUVER, husband and wife, <br />each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein <br />called the Grantors, in consideration of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER <br />VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, <br />seli, convey and confirm unto LYNN D. EHLERS and GLENNA R.
