-.- , l'', <br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />JACOB PAUL GRUVER and NANCY ANN GRUVER, husband and wife, <br />each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein <br />called the Grantors, in consideration of TEN BOLLARS AND OTHER <br />VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto LYNN D. EHLERS and GLENNA R.
