~~ <br />SL'rB~IVI`SId'N' AGREEMEN'fi <br />FREEMAN.SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, Marjorie M. Smith, in her own right, herein- <br />after called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land consisting <br />of all of Lot Six (6), and the North Half (N~) of Lot Seven (7), <br />in Block Seventeen (17), Packer and Barr's Second Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being more particu- <br />larly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot Six <br />(b); thence East 120 feet to the Northeast corner <br />of said Lot Six (6); thence S 0° 24' 30" E a distance <br />of $4 feet to the Southeast corner of the North <br />Half (N~) of said Lot Seven (7); thence West a distance <br />of 120 feet to the Southwest corner of the North Half <br />(N~) of said Lot Seven (7); thence N Oo 24' 30" W <br />a distance of 84 feet to the point of heginning, <br />said tract containing 0.231 acre, more or less <br />desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described <br />tract of land which. is-located within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City <br />Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate <br />map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as FREEMAN <br />SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and <br />particularly describing the lots and easements belonging to ouch <br />subdivision, with lots designated by numbers and easements by <br />d3:mensipns, and proposes to cause the plat of such subdivision <br />when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the <br />City Council to be acknowledged by such owner, certified as to <br />accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain <br />a dedication of the easements to the use and benefit of public <br />utilities. In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of <br />said Freeman Subdivision, the Subdivider hereby consents and <br />agrees with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that she will <br />install or provide at her expense the following improvements: <br />1. Pawing. No additional paving is required of the Sub- <br />- divider at this time. However, the Subdivider agrees to waive <br />her right to protest any paving district on White Avenue where it <br />abuts said subd~.vision. <br />- 1 - ~~IG1~1 <br />
