Smith, in her own right, herein- after called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land consisting of all of Lot Six (6), and the North Half (N~) of Lot Seven (7), in Block Seventeen (17), Packer and Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being more particu- larly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot Six (b); thence East 120 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot Six (6); thence S 0° 24' 30" E a distance of $4 feet to the Southeast corner of the North Half (N~) of said Lot Seven (7); thence West a distance of 120 feet to the Southwest corner of the North Half (N~) of said Lot Seven (7); thence N Oo 24' 30" W a distance of 84 feet to the point of heginning, said tract containing 0.231 acre, more or less desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of land which. is-located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as FREEMAN SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots and easements belonging to ouch subdivision, with lots designated by numbers and easements by d3:mensipns, and proposes to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owner, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the easements to the use and benefit of public utilities. In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said Freeman Subdivision, the Subdivider hereby consents and agrees with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that she will install or provide at her expense the following improvements: 1. Pawing. No additional paving is required of the Sub- - divider at this time. However, the Subdivider agrees to waive her right to protest any paving district on White Avenue where it abuts said subd~.vision. - 1 - ~~IG1~1
