<br />assignment for the benefit of creditors, be declared a bankrupt, <br />volunta~.y or involuntarily, and said assignment shall not be <br />revoked or said bankruptcy set aside within thirty (30) days, <br />thereafter, or said Lessee shall abandon or vacate said premises <br />during the term hereof, or, if the interest of the Lessee in <br />said premises shall be sold under execution or other legal pro- <br />cess,-the Lessors may enter in and upon said premises and again <br />have, repossess and enjoy the same as if this lease had nat been <br />made, and thereupon this lease and everything herein contained <br />on the part of the said Lessors to be kept and performed, shall <br />= cease, deterr*.eine and be utterly void, without prejudice, however, <br />to the lien rights of the Lessors on any and all property of the <br />Lessee remaining on the said premises the right of the Lessors <br />to recover from the said Lesse~~assign~~iemainder of the rent <br />due for the term of the lease or to resort to any other legal <br />remedies available to the Lessors on account of the default of <br />the Lessee. <br />In the event that the Lessors fail- to carry out substantially <br />the terms of this agreement in a time and a manner herein provided, <br />this lease may be terminated by the Lessee by serving a written <br />notice of such default and specifying a termination date of not <br />less than thirty (30) days from the date of such notice. If at the <br />_ expiration of the said thirty (30) days the Lessors shall not have <br />_ corrected such default or commence work required to correct such <br />default and is continuing the work with reasonable deligence, this <br />= lease shall terminate without further notice and the Lessee shall <br />surrender such. possession of the premises. <br />In the event that it is necessary for the Lessors to take any <br />Legal action in order to enforce-the terms of this Lease, or in <br />making collection of rents, the Lessee agrees to pay all legal ex- <br />penses incurred by Lessors, including court costs and reaso~iable <br />- attornevst fees, <br />= I3. Notices. Any notices required or given pursuant to this <br />_ lease shall be in writing sent by certified mail to the parties as <br />follows : <br />Lessors: 2812 Wept LaMar, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 <br />Lessee: P. 0. Box 149 Hastings, Nebraska 68901 <br />or to such other addresses as the parties may from time to time <br />designate in writing, <br />= 14. Use of Pronouns. In the use of personal pronouns, the <br />masculine, feminine and neuter, the singulax and plural, wherever <br />found in this agreement, may be considered interchangeable to suit <br />the requirements of a particular phrase or clause in which such <br />pronoun appears. <br />_~ <br />15. General. This lease and all the covenants, provisions, <br />- terms and conditions 'herein contained--shall inure to the benefit <br />of and be binding upon the heirs, personal representatives, successors <br />and assigns of the parties. <br />-6- <br />
