79-- (~~ <br />Lot 1 shall be installed through said easement. tdater service to <br />Lot 3 is located at the southeasterly corner of said lot. The <br />Subdivider agrees to pay a preliminary assessment charge at the <br />time of tagping city water main prior to the issuance of an occupancy <br />permit for any structure so connected within said subdivision. The <br />S=.xbdividers further agree to waive their right to protest the creation <br />of any wa~:er main district where it abuts said subdivision. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. Sanitary sewer service is available to <br />all lots but Lot 2 of said subdivision. The Subdividers therefor <br />agree to connect Lat 2 of said subdivision to Sanitary Sewer ~4ain <br />service existing aiorg the westerly edge of said subdivision. The <br />Subdividers, as developers of the real estate in question, agrees <br />that should he sell, transfer, Canvey, or otherwise relinquish <br />ownership of either Lot 1 or Lot of said subdivision, then they <br />will agree to retain or grant a sanitary sewer ser:=ice easement from <br />the structure located in Lot 2 as it crosses and exists within Lot <br />1 of said subdivision. The Subdividers further agree to waive the <br />right to protest the creation of any sanitary sewer district where <br />it abuts any lot within said subdivision. <br />~. Storm Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade all cats <br />within the subdivision in accordance with the structures .ocated <br />t2~ereon so that storm water drains to public right-of-way. <br />3. ,e..id~c`w'aiks.
