<br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />SHAR'S SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, G. i,~A~~'AT£ T?0?_CK and SHARLEh'E MOLGI:, husband and <br />wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of <br />land comprising all of Lat Twa (2), Trinity United Methodist East- <br />side Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, said tract <br />containing ©.579 acre, more or less, desire to have subdivided as a <br />subdivisian the shave described tract of land which is located within <br />the corporate limits of the Citp of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby <br />submit to the City Council of such City far acceptance as provided by <br />law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known <br />as Shar's Subdivision, designating exgiicitly the land to be laid out <br />and particularly describing the lots and easements belonging to such <br />subdivision, with lots designated by aumhers, and easements by dimen- <br />siens, and propose to cause the plot of such subdivision when finally <br />approved by the Regional Planning Cammissior. and the City Cauneil to <br />be ac~Cnawledged b_v such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by <br />a registered Sand surveyor, and to contain a dedication of easements <br />to the use of public utilities. In consideration of the acceptance <br />of the plat of said Shar's Subdivision, the Subdividers hereby consent <br />and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will <br />install or provide at their expense the following imgrovements: <br />1, Pavi The Subdividers agree to waive the right of protest <br />of any paving or repaving districts slang Twelfth Street or Evans <br />Street where then abut said subdivision, <br />?. Idater_ Tit~a waxer service is net directly available to all <br />lass within said subdivision. However, the City agrees to enter into <br />a license agreement which will allow water service for Lot 2 of said <br />subdivision to be placed in the public right-of-way known as Evans <br />Street where it abuts said subdivision. The Subdividers have acquired <br />a water service easement across the northerly portion of Lot 1 of <br />Trinity United ?methodist Eastside Subdivision. 6Jater service for <br /> <br />
