SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT SHAR'S SUBDIVISION In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska The undersigned, G. i,~A~~'AT£ T?0?_CK and SHARLEh'E MOLGI:, husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land comprising all of Lat Twa (2), Trinity United Methodist East- side Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, said tract containing ©.579 acre, more or less, desire to have subdivided as a subdivisian the shave described tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the Citp of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City far acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known as Shar's Subdivision, designating exgiicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by aumhers, and easements by dimen- siens, and propose to cause the plot of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning Cammissior. and the City Cauneil to be ac~Cnawledged b_v such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered Sand surveyor, and to contain a dedication of easements to the use of public utilities.
