Davin Tie Subdividers agree to waive their right to protest <br />any paving or repaving district along Twelfth Street and Beal Street <br />where they abut said subdivision. <br />2. Water. City water service is available to all lots within <br />said subdivision. The Subdividers agree to connect all structures <br />within said subdivision to said water main prior to the issuance of <br />any occupancy permits. <br />3. Sanitar~Sewer. The Subdividers agree to petition for the <br />creation of a sanit~~ry sewer district to serve all cots within said <br />subdivision. in the alternative, the Subdividers may construct sanitary <br />sewer service wains to serve all lots within said subdivision in accord- <br />ance with plans and specifications approved by the City's Director of <br />Public Works and subject to City inspection. The Subdividers agree to <br />canned all structures within said subdivision to said sanitary sewer <br />service prior to the issuance o*" env occupancy permits. <br />L. Drat,-gage. The SNVhdividers agree to grade all lots within said <br />subdivision in canjunction ~.~ith the structures thereon so that storm <br />water drains to public right-of-way. <br />~. Sidewalks. Warranty.
