HILLIGAS, <br />husband and wife; and LEWIS t3. HILLIGAS and SHIRLEY M. HILLIGAS, husband <br />and wife; each in his and her ow°n right, hereinafter called the Sub- <br />dividers. as owners of a tract of Land comprising a part of Lots Twenty- <br />sis (26} and Twenty--seven (27) in the Cou.*nty Subdivision of the West <br />Hal€ of the Sout}iwast ~'juarter (WSW=~) of Section Ten {1`d), Township <br />Eleven (li} North, Rangy Nine (9) i;est of the 6th P.T?., in the City of <br />~ranr3 ~s1anH_ HaII County, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the Nor*_h line of said Lot Twenty- <br />seven {22), said point being *_hree hundred fifty-two (352} <br />feet 5est of the Northeast corner of said Lot Twenty-seven <br />{?;); thence westerly along the North line o£ said Lot <br />'Itierty-seven (2?~ a distance o£ one hundred twenty-five <br />{1_'S) feet; thence southerly parallel to the East line of <br />said Lots Tnaen:y-six (26) and Twenty-seven (27) a distance <br />of one hundred fifty-sa_ven and eight-tenths (15?.$) feet; <br />thence easterly parallel to the ?forth line of said Lot <br />Twenty-seven (23) a distance of one hundred Lwenty-five <br />{l25) feet to the West line of Beal Street; thence nartheriy <br />aiopg the West line of Beal Street a distance of one hundred <br />fifty-seven and eight-tenths (15'.8} feet to the place of <br />beginning, and containing D.G53 acres, mare or leas; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of <br />land which is located within the Corp^rate limits of the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, and hereby subunit to the City Council of such City <br />far acceptance as provided b_y law an accurate reap and plat of such pro- <br />posed subdivision to be knok3n as Eastside Subdivision, designating <br />explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots, <br />streets and eases-er.t= belonging to such subdivision, wii:h lets designated <br />by numbers, streets by names, and easements by dimensions, and propose <br />to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the <br />Regional Plaznnning Cauaaission and the City Council to be acknowledged by <br />such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land <br />survepar, and to captain a dedication of streets to the use and benefit <br />of the public and of easements to the use oz public utilities.
